It is an honor to be elected as Chairman of SOUTH EAST ASIA COMMERCE & INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION. As Chairman, my Vice Chairmen and talented Committee Members will work as a harmonious team to bring benefits opportunities to our members and association.

SOUTH EAST ASIA COMMERCE & INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION will connect members to our affiliated and associate association in Malaysia and all countries to do business in various fields.

I believe SOUTH EAST ASIA COMMERCE & INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION is an amazing platform that can relate and bring lots of exposure and business opportunities to both Malaysia and all other countries.

As SOUTH EAST ASIA COMMERCE & INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION is affiliated to THE BUSINESS ASSOCIATION OF HO CHI MINH CITY, a well establish association since 1989, consist of top of the industry hotel owner, golf course & developer in Vietnam.

It is a blessing to have distinguished Vice Chairmen and talented Committee Members in various professional, especially to appreciate the Ideal of the late Tun Nguyen Cao Ky, the former Prime Minister of South Vietnam and his family who are living in Malaysia for their great contribution, support and advise to SOUTH EAST ASIA COMMERCE & INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION.

About Our Chairman

Datuk Tee Siew Kiong

Prominent Malaysian Chinese Politician & Community Leader

Datuk Tee Siew Kiong is a distinguished Malaysian Chinese politician and a dedicated advocate for community development and public service. With decades of experience in governance and social welfare, he has played a pivotal role in shaping policies that benefit the people of Johor and beyond.

Born in Pontian, Johor, Malaysia, in 1964, Datuk Tee began his political journey in 1990 as a personal assistant to a Johor State Executive Council (EXCO) member. His commitment to public service led him to contest and win his first election in 2004, securing a seat as a Johor State Legislative Assembly Representative.

In 2008, he was appointed Political Secretary to the Minister of Health, where he contributed to national healthcare initiatives. His leadership and dedication earned him another electoral victory in 2013, leading to his appointment by the Sultan of Johor as the Chairman of the Johor State Tourism, Domestic Trade, and Consumerism Committee (EXCO). In this role, he spearheaded initiatives to promote Johor’s tourism industry and enhance trade and consumer welfare.

Beyond politics, Datuk Tee is deeply involved in philanthropy. In 2015, he was appointed as the Chairman of the Sultanah Fatimah Foundation, an organization established with a RM1 million donation from the Sultan of Johor to support underprivileged communities, including orphans, single mothers, the disabled, and senior citizens. Under his leadership, the foundation has disbursed RM1 million to 1,929 students from 219 Chinese primary schools and 3,230 single mothers across Johor. Additionally, another RM1 million has been allocated to support young entrepreneurs under 40 in establishing e-commerce and online businesses.

Recognized for his dedication to social welfare and crime prevention, Datuk Tee was appointed as the Chairman of the Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF) Johor in 2023. He received his official appointment letter from Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail, further solidifying his role in ensuring public safety and community well-being.

With a steadfast commitment to public service and social responsibility, Datuk Tee Siew Kiong continues to be a driving force in Malaysia’s political and philanthropic landscape.

Highlights

On the 22nd of August, 2022, Southeast Asia Commerce and Industry Association organize a Member Officiate Ceremony for the Southeast Asia Stem Cell Medical Association at R&F conference hall, Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Its Chairman Datuk Tee Siew Kiong and Honorary Chairman Mr. Kyle Lee, lead the ceremony and officiate the new medical association board members.

Highlights

On July 20, 2019, Ho Chi Minh City Business Association (HUBA) organized the 45th Business Entrepreneur Program with the theme of Association and Club roles in the context of integration. On this occasion, HUBA also signed a cooperation agreement with Southeast Asia Trade and Industry Association.

Free incorporation fee to set up a company in Malaysia.
When buyers pay 20% of the value of the unit, they will be able to receive the keys to their unit.
Buyer can choose from 3 different payment schemes with different rebate rate. More rebate will be given to the buyer who makes full cash payment upon the purchase. Buyer will also have the option to choose from 12 months or 24 months installment payment scheme.
